OUR ROOMS
Rage Cage offers three signature experiences. The Concrete Themed Room is a raw, industrial space designed for powerful smash sessions and full stress release. The Paint Rage Room mixes destruction with creativity, letting you smash, throw, and spray paint onto a blank canvas you can take home. The Couples Experience combines both rooms into one shared session, giving two people a fun, high energy way to let go, reconnect, and enjoy the chaos together.

Our Paint Rage Room is where destruction meets creativity. Included is a white canvas, you then smash, throw, spray, and splatter your way to something completely unique.
COUPLES RAGE
Need Couples Therapy?
The experience gives you access to both smash rooms at a single price, letting you break things, throw paint, and laugh it out side by side. It's a fun, high energy way to let go, communicate without pressure, and leave feeling closer than when you arrived.
OUR LOCATION
Located at a creative studios in Croydon, Rage Cage UK offers a private, fully equipped experience with easy access and on site facilities. Your session includes full safety gear and protective overalls, so you can focus on letting go and having fun. Clean, secure, and professionally run, it is the perfect setting for controlled chaos.
